🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

At PAFI Store, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.


📋 Return Conditions

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

🔄 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back in its original condition

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

📦 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item for another, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
